What Is Chael?
Chael started with a love of jewelry and a leap of faith. During recovery from a serious car accident, our founder had time to reflect on what truly brought her joy. She realized she wanted to share her passion for jewelry with others and create something meaningful from a difficult chapter of life. Over time, that vision grew into Chael Collective—a creative space that brings together jewelry, wedding planning, and photography, all inspired by a love of beautiful moments and meaningful connections.

Our owner has a diverse background - education, event planning, drawing, photography, and jewelry - to name a few! You can call her Christie.

Free Shipping and Curated Packing for Jewelry? Really? Absolutely. One. No one wants to pay shipping after having to pay taxes. Two. Nothing is less disappointing than fine jewelry wrapped in a velvet box. It has happened to Christie. It won't happen to you. You will receive a collection of leather, suede, and cotton keepsakes.
Do You Use Heated or Treated Stones? You are investing in completely natural stones. Treated stones are worth less in value and can alter over time. Not collections from Chael. What you buy now is what you will have 40 years down the road.
Are Pieces Certified? Yes! Each piece has been verified by a reputable gemologist. Rest assured that Chael would not make or sell you anything that Christie would not purchase for herself. Integrity means everything.
Can An Item Be Returned? You bet! Simply contact us in writing at chaeljewelry@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item stating your return. You will receive instructions for the return process. Once the piece and packaging are received and inspected, a full refund will be issued pending no damages as identified by Chael.
